FROM FOUNDING TO PRESENT:


In March 1993, The Relocation Department, Inc. (TRD), a female owned corporation, began providing outsourced relocation management staffing to corporate Human Resources departments.


TRD invented an innovative “contract employee” business model that has resulted in extraordinary relocation experiences for thousands of transferees and scores of corporate clients. 


We accept the responsibility to manage all aspects of our clients’ mobility benefits as if they have staffed internally. Therefore, our performance and commitment transcend traditional service partnerships in the mobility management industry. Our goal is to provide employees that we relocate with the maximum level of expertise, care, information and processing ease, while advocating our Clients' interests in recruiting, retention and cost containment. Since our inception, quality has been and remains our first priority. We accept nothing less than 100% from our staff, our service and our technology.
